Results from ComPeer's quarterly review on high earners in the UK were mentioned in the article. According to ComPeer's report, household finances among high earners remain strong, however economic activity is being curtailed on the back of uncertainty reflected in the weakest consumer confidence since the mid-1990s. The outlook for savings and investment activity is the weakest since the survey started in 2002 with declines in life and pension, individual savings accounts and regular savings plan contributions.
