According to research from benchmarking firm ComPeer in association with WealthBriefing, wealth management staff are critical of their employer's IT platforms. Steve Dyson, vice president, European Business Development at Citisoft, stated "investment in IT is not as straightforward as just stumping up the money and wealth managers, with legacy proprietary systems, are unsure of how to get to the next generation of IT platforms".
