ComPeer measures the business performance of private client stockbrokers, wealth managers and private banks by receiving survey-based information from over 150 firms and institutions quarterly. The resulting reports show trends in market share, key cost, revenue and profit indicators as well as making bespoke recommendations for the individual client. These indicators are also compared against any client-defined peer group.

Wealth Management Salary & Benefits Survey
 
The Survey covers all elements of the remuneration package; basic salary, bonus, LTIPs/share options and other benefits. It is produced twice a year and enables the client to compare remuneration, working hours, leave and benefits against any client-defined peer group.
